Depends on how stuff is stored in the EXE . There's some resource Editors available that'll let you take a peek inside.

Here's a DTX Photoshop Plugin.

Inside the rar file you should find:

DTXConvert.exe
This tool is used to convert the Combat Arms 'Nexon' DTX Files into 'LithTech' DTX Files. You must do this first otherwise the plugin will not recognize the DTX files.

msvcrtd.dll and msvcirtd.dll go into your Photoshop Folder (plugin needs them.

Then in Plug-ins\File Format\ there's a DTXFormat.8bi which goes in the photoshop plugins file formats folder.

You should now be able to import/export DTX Files from Photoshop.

Be sure to convert the textures BACK using the DTXConvert tool once you're done with them otherwise the game won't recognize them.
