League Counters 1.2 (Updated)

I've updated this a while ago.... and this thread wasn't even closed since then. My new version is history :s

Is is up to date? I guess... not.

Just trying to get some confirmation here:

a) Is anybody able to download this tool? The file appears to be broken when I download it.
b) Is there a new version and, if so, would someone be kind enough to link it for me?

This was outdated a long time ago, I even revealed the source so the community would update it, but nothing..
