Warrock Loading Error

I have the smae problem i think i know how to fix this warrock comes up to the screen where theres a picture of asault sniper med etc after pressing ok then nothingloads it stays there right well press ctrl alt and delete same time then task manager is opened close warrock from there then open warrock again it should work works for me it normally doesnt respond warrock not responding thats why it just stays at the picture i dont think an ip ban lol no!
