bout the glitch hack

is the glitch hack for real and wat r the down sides to doing it?

ok ghty82 what i meant was people said there was a glitch hack where u go into ur ca folder and remove chara_m_body.rez then u are half way i the ground and go go into alot of places well i wanted to no what is good about this and what is bad about this?
