Make a application "Section" So people will make a new Topic stating ex:"Obama's MOD Application"
Then you'd have a application format asking for like previous mod experience,proof, age, location, What type of personality you have, ect. and also ask answers for different scenarios for example: 1)Choob's are advertising a phishing site and there Ip is the same as a "well known" member on mpgh what will you do?" And stuff like that uhm make sure Application rule's is like only members with above 500 post (only a example could be less/more) are allowed to Apply also be strict on "Applications Only". Just giving you some example on what I'd put in a Application Format.
