But now I'm a bit confused...
Model editing should be when the animation of the gun is changed, and cause ban, instade only color change of the gun shouldn't... as this scope mod. If I'm right I should be alble to use this mod without any problem, but am I ?

you can get banned for modifying ANYTHING that has to do with the game. That's just how it goes. you just have MORE of a chance if you modify the animations or physical models rather than textures
