Change skins like Ghille Suit etc

Only mod issue i know of is the Gauss rifle not showing on Namalsk.

Gauss rifle shows up but it needs to be in the server usually the ammo only comes up because the spawn rate of the actual gun is very low

i'm not sure of that is directly releated to the hack or not.
