I'm a CoD movie maker on YouTube, and I've seen multiple people with amazing textures. I know it's a mod, because it looks 50x better than my MW3 even when I have maximum settings including High Anti-Aliasing. I've asked one of the people (Magno) if he could release it, he said he couldn't. The creator of it is Tripp (xoxolightning) and only about six people have it. I'm wondering if anyone has any information or guesses on how it was made, or if someone could make it themselves. I've included some screenshots below, you can find videos on the YouTube channels xoxolightning and magnobot99.
I asked Magno himself, he said
"[22/12/2013 5:11:32 PM] Magno Editard #Sedated:its a file
[22/12/2013 5:11:32 PM] Magno Editard #Sedated: its not a program
[22/12/2013 5:11:35 PM] Magno Editard #Sedated: or a cfg"
I know he uses the console with a cfg and Vegas effects (color correction), but that's not the only thing going on, the textures are incredibly high quality.
I ended up purchasing it directly from Tripp/xoxoLightning after I talked with his friend on a livestream. Magno was wrong, it was a config_mp.cfg file. If anyone's interested he sold it for only $5, I'm sure you could buy it if you messaged him on YouTube.

I know you're not going to share it since you bought it but,
could you post a before and after because I'm unsure if a simple config is work $5..
Well ive been checking around and idk if its that good but i found an optimization thread about the config, i ave 2 sites which might help with making it look better:
i hope posting links to trusted sites isnt bad, since i have them up now, i mean no malicious intent. :/
Go into the advanced video options and set Image Quality to Native. That will help your texture resolution a lot.
You can even edit r_texFilterAnisoMax to 16 in the config for 16x Anisotropic filtering (which makes textures clearer, as well).
There are other vars you can mess with as well, but it's nothing secret. Paying anything for a config is a rip off.

I knew that already but thanks for the help anyway.
I ended up getting the config from 'GmZorZ' for free on youtube, I'll link it here if anybody wants it c:
