Idea about mule maker/finder

Is this possible? Making a mule maker/finder program for rotmg. It could creates new profiles with random usernames and lists what usernames and passwords accounts were successfully created and which had already used the username. So it would store the account in 2 different notepad files one success and one failed. Then proceeds with using the ones it stored in the success notepad file by verifying them via a disposable email. Also you could input your own custom emails list you wanted it to check. Most sites after you finish typing your username it quickly checks it to see if it is available, but not rotmg you half to finish making typing everything in then submit. Anyone know how to make the checking process faster like I mentioned it checks your username immediately? Has someone already made this?

Well.. all I know is that there is a mulemaker from phoenix somewhere.. but it doesn't verify emails.
