Help,i cant login

im in my friend house and he cant login to the game...when we try to login its says failed account blablabla and its always happens....
anyone know how to fix it?

well either your banned or you have an outdated version of warrock, of course it could be that one of the files needed is corrupt and therefore the game is corrupt....

go on option then go in the last page (connection) and change someone
