Why doesn't my game work?!

I got CoD: Ghosts a few days after it was released
To this point, the game doesn't work!!!
My Steam name is PeroO, my Operating System is Windows 7, I have checked requirements and it says it should be fine, I checked for missing cache, I have all the game files.
PLEASE HELP ME I WANT TO PLAY THIS SICK GAME

No, it just runs, but it doesn't show up with the actual game, and steam acts as if it is running.
