You know what would be awesome? If you had thousands of IP mirrors that constantly changed. I saw this guy on CoD4, and they couldn't ban him because his GUID and IP changed like every .5 seconds. It was wicked.

Ok all this does is refresh your IP to date it doesnt change anything IP wise.

Reason for refreshing your IP if its outa date you ISP wont conect you.

Regardless of that-

Theres only 3 ways to change your IP:

1: Use your remote acess port on your router and change it manually.

2: Request it from your ISP (Internet Service Provider)-This prolly wont happen for legal reasons.

3: I believe you can remotely change it with winsock if you can hack your ISP(doubt this will happen)

So what is the file really? Its a IP/dns refresher -Has nothing to do with combat arms and should be moved to off topic section with a title edited to say IP refresher.
