Need help

Hey, recently I have come across some issues with the league of legends kernel client. For instance when I run LOL.exe (even in admin mode) it will take a very long time to load, however when it has finished it displays a RADS error stating something about my HTTP blah blah firewall. Now, I have searched the internet left right and centre for a solution all of which did not seem to fix it. I know there is a solution that involves redownloading and installing league of legends, but I just do not have the time for doing something that has been said to not work. Please help me this has happened to me before, it seemed to solve itself after a while... I just don't want to wait though.
