Hacking Computer pwords?

i know this isn't the right place to post in but ... can anyone help me with changing passwords on xp ?
I want to change a password of a computer that i don't already know, my friend recently got on and changed it so that i can't even log on.
Anyone know how to change it? Thanks.

Now what do i do with it? Remember that i can't log onto any accounts, not even a limited user one.

You can use a program that resets the password or use a free cracking program called Ophcrack that is an operating sytem that uses rainbow tables to brute force crack the password in a few mins

Just you tube it. Theres a lot of videos on how to get the password.

Let me get this straight ..
There's only one account.
That account is administrator and password protected.
I am trying to change that password, but iunno how.
