60 FPS Cap for mod selector

Title says it all. I take no credit in making this for the mod selector. All credits go to @ maat7043 as I simply converted this into mod selector compatible.

(The other mods are the ones I've made so far, started the mod selector from scratch)

Isn't the fps cap already 60? Press C without this mod and you'll see ?/60...

Nope. The one in the mod selector has already been changed with Swix.

If you pull one from the web the default cap is 30fps. This changed a little bit after they changed all of the strings.

It's also useful for multi boxing to throttle down the fps on your slave clients

Pull it and just add production and report back lol. It's 60fps on their website, but 30 as soon as you download it.

You can click on the top-half of the graph and it will make the fps cap bigger..

how do I change it to whatever rate I want cause it is 45 fps the max???
