Step 2) Go through the options until you can contact Live Chat.
Step 3) Start to talk to the person telling them about how your key does not work, and that you really want to play.
Step 4) They will ask you for a code, Use "SID6-E4T2-N3T5-Q6T9"(PC) or "PETV6-YTRH9-MVP2C-XFCTC-SINEP"(Xbox One)
Step 5) They will usually ask for some verification of your account and some stuff like that.
Step 6) If they ask for the email, come up with a lie. Deleted it, then removed it from trash in frustration. Be smart and creative.
