Yep, I used @Wassabi? but it wasn't his fault. The scammer only scammed me afterwards, by submitting a ticket to RIOT saying he was hacked.

If he did that, then send a Riot a support ticket telling them he is trying to sell his account.
They will perm ban it for 200 years.
