Sure. So how old are you again ?
I hate the kids that threaten with this, makes them look so stupid.
Did he deserve it ? Ye.
Now, what makes you better than him ? You basically scammed him aswell. Sounds bad, but that's reality. Can you live with that ?
Well it worked didn't it? Yea I can live with that, in my eyes I taught him a lesson.

You guys are intelligent, tell me a good lie I could tell to RIOT to say make them believe I was the proper owner of the account. He's had his IP linked to his account since it was made and it was my IP on the other side of the world for about a day and now it's his again back in Canada.
I've thought of saying that I was his brother and I lived in Canada with him. I taught him how to play and shared the account with me but then I moved to Australia and haven't had access since now because I just moved and set up my internet. And my "brother" thinks the account is his and that's why he's made these tickets. We're fighting over it. I spent all the money on it and made the account so it's rightfully mine.

That sounds like a good enough lie. Also if they question to verify a CC or anything just say you used disposables or a parent's card.

Good idea, now I just have to wait for them to reply to my ticket.

I'm logged into the PVP.net account, and I see the email has been changed but it needs to be verified and the password has changed. Is there anything I can do inside the account without knowing the email password or the account password?

That should suffice. If you've made any purchases on it with credit cards, etc. from a different location you bought them from a store.

I really couldn't care if he gave the account back, the wrong has already been done. I can also pretty much assure that he never would've given the account back on his own accord, he only caved when he was pressured by a scamee who happened to fight back. The scammer has no conscience, nor does he feel guilty about what he did, he only started shaking in his boots when OP managed to take his account. Wrongs need punishment, or else no lesson is learned.
Different idea.
Lets say you rob the bank and you tell them you give up.
The cops take more jail time off your sentence, you will go to jail for a long time, but not as long if you tried not giving up.
Its a Give and Take situation...

No, only the original owner and the Riot Support team can change anything on the account.
