Does a Name change makes a player CBL clean again?

Oh ok. Dude it can take forever to find out what something actually means unless you ask. Take a SHFFL for example. You can google it all you want, but chances are you won't find out what it means, just examples of people using it.

The Community Banned List (CBL).

is where you get put on by players reporting you and frapsing that your hacking or some shit like that.

Everyone mostly clans check CBL if you have any violations.. then they wont accept you.

Sometimes they just flag you for no apparent reason. I was flagged for having a 2.5 kdr as a SGT on my 100% legit account. It's so lame sometimes... however it's useful if you ever want to get a legit player for your clan and you have no idea if he/she's actually legit or not.
