YouTube Intro and Outro

I would like to buy a YouTube intro and outro. The Intro must be unique and the outro must have previous video and some other things on it, (will explain on skype). The intro and outro MUST be original and not a free template with my name on it. The designs MUST be high quality and I don't want no PowerPoint bullshit.

The first intro on his thread is actually mine. I didn't like it though. Not for $5 though.
