Do you know where the account was created ( country, city,
state / province ), TID's of the account, and Real Name of the
email used for the TID's, and the exact spelling of the starting
email ( the Comcast one )?

i got the comcast email adress but there's just no way for my to get into the inbox because i canceled my services.

Yeah, but selling an account with no access to email can make the account worthless, if you know what city / country / state and the email, the TID ( transaction ID ) for mem / AC's you've bought on the account, and real full names of the owner of the email used to pay for things then the account can be linked to another email through AE's support page.

Not only is an account without email changed to your own unsafe ( just incase you were lying, i'm not saying you are, just saying ). But if the account is disabled due to change in location login, the only one with access to it would be you if you know the location.
