Try using the on-screen keyboard in windows. Open the on-screen keyboard, go to options(bottom right), and select 'turn on numeric keypad. make sure numlock is selected and you see numbers instead of other functions. You can give this a try and see if it works. gl

A few glitches with the game while using single-player trainer.
Mission 'End of Line' (on Veteran): You need to do this mission without the trainer, otherwise you will keep falling off the trailer in the end no matter what you do. If you're already at the end and falling off the trailer (using the trainer), then Restart because 'Last Checkpoint' won't work. (confirmed this through various questions asked by people on random websites)
In the beginning of the mission 'Sin City' (on Veteran. Also, I'm not sure if this is a trainer glitch or something else): When you're asked to press 'F' repeatedly to grab Rorkes gun, you'll find that it doesn't work and will end up failing the mission again and again. You DON'T need to press it aggressively again and again lol just keep pressing F normally and it should worked.
For me I had to assign a different key for the function, like mouse-button 4 or something, only then did it work. Pressing F again n again did nothing. (or set macros for pressing F key)
In most of the missions when you die but the game is still continuing, just use 'Last Checkpoint' and it should work.
Also
for me(I can't say about you guys), the unlimited ammo doesn't seem to work for bolt-action sniper rifles.
