Crashing at loading screen? - Guide to fix crashes

Since yesterday I got a few PM's from people telling me they are crashing at the loading screen so here is a little fix until Nexon fixes it, if they ever will. Maybe they are trying to keep the international people away. I tested this on Windows 7, Vista and XP so it should work for everybody. Leave feedback please and if it doesn't work for you post some info about your system.

Go to control panel and click on "Date and Time"

Click on "Change time zone..."
