Yeah, Devcon is not a hack rather a legit addon that developers use. That is why you can use it in certain servers without any hacking whatsoever, i believe this is either because the server admins are dev testing, or because they are stupid. Most serious servers will refuse connection to a player using "custom addons" such as Devcon.
If a hider (which is what you use to "hide" your addon) became public, I would imagine it would be patched almost immediately, same for a script injector, that is sadly why there are not hiders on forums so much! Battleye/bis are too good these days at detecting/patching hacks that are released!
On the positive side, once u have an injector or way to run scripts, this place has loads of them

If you use a shitty pay monthly hack website (and by shitty i mean, "don't give a fuck about getting detection reports", happy to take your money whilst you getting detected every single week and try to blame scripters or the scripts themselves for detections, that kind of shitty) you might as well be using a public hack because it will get detected just as fast. Im not trying to be bigheaded and talk about what i have and others dont. but everything i use is private, once its on a forum, i stop using it, and you know what, battleye cant catch me, 3-4 months now, 4 accounts, not a sniff of a detection. I guarentee if I google for "arma 3 hack" and buy from one of the first page results, i know i will be detected by next week, that is fact.
With regards to the fact arma 3 is free this weekend, amazing!!, use detected hacks, do whatever the fuck u want, literally, and when ur banned, get a new account! its that simple, but after this weekend, when arma is full price again, you must understand that cutting corners when obtaining hacks will most likely result in global bans.
this wasn't a rant, but it almost turned into one haha, i will let you decide that! in short, i guess, all im trying to say is, battleye are good, they will find you, but if your smart and you stay under the rader, you can enjoy long periods of anal fucking servers with nukes and BE will never even know ur there!
even shorter: stay away from any hacks you can obtain via google. especially with battleye concerned!
