Static IP has nothing to do with IP bans.
Port-forwarding is complicated with a DHCP ip.

"Hurting" the game, lol. All hacking does is expose flaws in a game until there's no flaws left, but in kabam's case they don't know what the fuck they're doing and "fixing" things the wrong way.
