a leecher is someone who uses others' information or effort but does not provide any in return.
if you use other people's work, but post here, you are actively parttaking into a community. whether the people making the hacks wish to parttake in the community or not, is up to them, but you are giving them the oppurtunity to

i have always thought that a leecher is someone who uses ur hacks and then posts it and says that it is his own. or just generally gives it out without ur consent!.

In simple terms for you airheads out there a leecher is someone who takes and dosent give back.
ie downloading from a warez site but blocking uploads etc
