Steam trade hack: a ban ip???

Hi guys, i found a trade glitch/hack by myself, i just want to know if i can get ban ip on steam or i can get somethings else??

How it work? When the other guy put an item in the trade, i can instantly accept the trade and get my item in my inventory without the permission of the other guy.

I don't give the method now, just want to know what append if i use that. (i can get over 1000$ with this, by stole CSGO knife)

I never used it for real, just with 2 account i created for try it (i do it in a other country and with a VPN)

Depends on whether it is a glitch or an actual manipulation of data. If it is a glitch occuring within the code you could get banned but not charged, if it is malicious manipulation then you could get both. However if you hide behind a decent vpn or proxy that doesn't keep logs and use fake personal info(contact if you need a set) then you should be ok.
