Well, simply:

2) Scroll down until you reach Normal Threads.
3) Over there you will find a bunch of hacks.
4) Open the thread, if you like the hack download it.

6) Read that link to find out some important information
7) You need an injector.
8) Go here http://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=292 to find an injector

[RECOMMENDED] If you want you can go here http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=501160 I use that for hacks that aren't even detected
9) All/most of the hacks posted on MPGH are compressed, so you have to get something that will allow you to extract the files.
10) You can go here http://www.win-rar.com/download.html?&L=0 to get WinRAR, it's good and I use it or you can just use some other one.
11) Your a professional hacker...

that injector u recommended closes CA idk why
Extreme Injector is a very good injector and I haven't had any trouble with it, it is probably because of your hack, when you are injecting the hack increase the Delay time, it should work.

Sorry. I forgot: The injector is a virus says your AntiVir or something but IT ISNT. ;=)
