Hmmm for 1. Your entire post makes no sense at all. Oh and 2. You don't "level up" in Combat Arms, you've never been able to level up in it, but RANK UP, that's completely different. Combat Arms has a series of Military ranks which consist of what you're capable of doing/getting. They changed the "level up" scenario to the "rank up" one because in the Military you're able to rank up to a higher rank, but you're never able to level up.
Also another thing, the account generators don't work anymore. They've been busted for about a week.
