XLoopsteer will spawn give items when he feels like it after a restart or the server was down for some time but we are doing lots of events Just Please Dont Beg

My guess... You're using MMOE client but edited. Which means my UI changes are in it. (Guild ranks, some items, Audio button, Possibly player context menu)
