Gmod name spoofer?

Hey, I was on here and somebody posted that it was possible to spoof your name on gmod using cvars or something like that. It works so that your actual steam name doesn't change, but your name in server does. Does anyone know the commands to do this? I would like some help as I am new to gmod "hacking"

But anyways, it is possible, no idea how.
