How to mod sound and Scopes

So like the title said i want a full mod of m4a1 to m4a1 sopmod, i got the text and every thing i just need the itech to look like the one on the real m4a1 scope and the sound to sound like it, how do i do that help pls thanks

Just download the M4A1 Sopmod.mp4 then replace it with the normal M4A1.

i tried but the sound, it comes in folder so do i just inject in da SND rez? or is it diff because its different since they come in folder
