I downloaded Modern Warfare 3 from nosteam**** and did the following:
- Installed the game
- Downloaded and installed patch to game folder
- Opened multi-player.exe
- Clicked "Play online/lan"
Note: I am running a windows 7 machine and have downloaded many games from nosteam**** successfully with 0 errors such as COD4, WAW, MW2, L4D2, Halo 2, and Black Ops 1.
I was then prompted with the following error message, any ideas?:
