Well My friend mase helped me out and found out the problem.
1)Im using a router to connect to a modem in the kitchen..
2)For some reason there's 2 active connection's instead of 1
3)My router is connected to a splitter
4)My gateway Ip is the same as my Reg Ip which isn't supposed to be that way.

And there's only 1 pc in my home..-.-

So basicly the fucking mexican little bitch timewarner sent, did a half ass job and instead of installing the internet in my room he just used a router and connected to the modem in the fucking kitchen wich is also why my download speed is so fucking slow. Fucking mexican was probally pissed that they lowered his pay by 5 cent's
