Hey guys and gals i had a server i posted it before but it wasn't done so i took it fixed it up (stillnotdone) and so i want to release it for testing stage so which means the first one to join the server gets a rank elemental rank if you want to get a rank like that talk to co-founder-White and if you want to get a rank like dev and admin talk to me founder-xXEPICXx in game and also

No, I do not wish to have the PS section flooded with garbage, barely online servers.

If you truly want to run a server, doing it half-assed won't get you anywhere.
I have edited the rules for beta/testing servers, however. People will now have a week long testing period to make sure their servers work correctly, and for standard server maintenance before the full release.
