server problems?

okay i know that the server has been experiencing downtime but when i come on to mpgh it starts very getting slow like i mean the website is very slow like if u post on a thread it takes like some 30 sec for it to show and is this due to the amount of people online at a time??? or the recent server problems

p.s. i have tried this on several computers all having exceptional speed and internet connection the only one that had dialup was my grandmas computer
