These DO matter because with this information I can tell whether you are worth inviting to the the team. I play Hardcore SnD constantly and go 10+ kills and 3- deaths. On my decent days I can go 5+ kills. If you think you're only decent, it's fine, you can still be worth being on the team for when someone isn't available. You do NOT have to be pro, because I'm not even THAT good. I just want to have a decent enough chance of moving up on the ladder and have people available for when we practice or challenge teams. I don't want you to join if you're going to be on Live one day and be off for a week the next.
