Force op's are just account stealers SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE maybe your plugin idea work but you can't call it force op
and there is many ideas else than "fake anti-cheat plugin" like cracking an FTP password but it took hours but we can't name it ''force op''

Let me just clarify this, @Ohorichard and @42trojan42. A server administrator would not trust any plugin that is not verified by a trusted source. Installing the .jar file could be a possible way to edit the ops.txt file. Again, the plugin has to be verified by a trusted source. Only a dumb owner with no clue on how to do things would install that jar. I'm actually thinking about making a .jar file that would change the ops.txt.

Edit: I just realized... I don't know how.

agree with all what you said but we still cant call this force op like @Ohorichard said cuz force op mean add someone to op.txt with out making the admin of server add a plugin or do something else and that's is impossible
