Tutorial:
close steam
open up the program
hit browse then go to your steam folder
go into the appcache folder
click on packageinfo.vdf and ope nit
hit patch
then open back up steam
???

02. open the patch file
03. forced patch
04. open the steam / did login
05. I did not get the gold

Followed the tut, and it didn't work. Maybe different for different regions? idk but oh well

It did not work for me the first time either. Open task manager(Ctrl+Shift+Esc) go to the "Processes" tab and make sure steam is not running in the background. That is what happened to me the first time I ran it, but i closed steam through the Task manager then it worked on the second try.
