help sooo confused

ok i downloaded the cbl detector v2 and when i run i get this : CBL Detector v2.exe - Application error
[big red X] The application failed to instalize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

hmmm.. i think it got detected downlaod the CBL from shiz hack pack 2

i did -.- the big pack same erro i try undoing fire wall and anti virus....

If you have AVG there's more that you have to do.
