Need a answr pleas help :)))

Hi guys,
I bought this for my old motherboard (GA-M52L-S3)
--->DDR2-800 2GB -RAM (x2)
---> Dual-X R7 265 2GB GDDR5 -Video Card
--->A4-4020, 3,2 GHz, FM2 - processor
--->AP-550, 550 Watt - (The thing that gives electr. (bad english sry ))
I search it on google but i didnt have a lot of time I found that RAM is OK but the processor isnt going working or it will work but slower than it must normly work...
Pleas someone who knows ?..?

I am going to buy new motherboard... and new RAM's (DDR3)
I think that I can use this video card on my old motherboard or not ?

Nice , nice nice ...btw I get on mobo GA-M52L-S3 the new 500W power supply and the video card -R7 265 x2 and after 1 hour i get 2or 3 errors and than after that i get bleu screen and when I restart , I saw all the logo and black-white things (every pc have that...) but when it comes to Windows opnening .. there is the problem.. I cant see a sh*t :'(
I bought it from alternate be I cal them they say bring it back we will see but maybe it is from the motherboard...
I am writing this sfrom that pc with my old video card... my old one is AMD Sapphire x1650 (256mb-256bit)
