Unlock 100% achievements (Fixed)

You will get banned if you unlock the achievements while the game is open.

Unlock them then start the game but make sure you closed the unlocker and you're good.

idk how this quote quote stuff works but here. YEs you can. But you can play it more safely. There's many community servers that helps you achieve this.
