the programming section expects its users to do there own scan, you should be in the habit of it anyway.
scans scan be faked, and in a section full of beta/random programs, you can expect almost all of them to have something you don't want.

When you have a program Hosted on Upp-it, and you want it to apear to have more downloads. You Run this program enter the link , and your file hosted there will have the number of downloads raisen the longer you have the program running the more downloads you get.

Only noobs would fake their upp-it downloads, its the same as faking a virus scan.

Not even close...thinking of it like that is just being idiotic and ignorant. a Virus Scan provides security. My program is for people that are struggling to get there software up there, so they can give it a small push to get more realistic downloads. Next time before posting a ignorant comment on one of my threads...Just think first.
