Can be but not proven. I'm pretty sure anyone can tell the difference between a 12yo and a 20 yo poonanie but if its not showing face then I don't know how he could be charged with anything.

Ye I see that point just said id say not to download it just for his safety as the viewing of CP is not as illegal and the downloading of CP witch can land you on the sex offender list and jail time if you're above the age of 18

I wouldn't be concerned about downloading it right now, as it's blown up over the internet and every agency in the world put together couldn't take everyone to court on CP charges...

I would however highly advise against downloading them, cataloging them, and keeping them on your computer for more than a few weeks, let alone share them with anyone else
