Looks like Ishida is still introducing characters, good to see he's enough of a lil shit to dangle pics of Kaneki in front of us at beginning of chapters. 
So far far I'm starting to like Akira's character now for some reason, also is it me or does serpent have kaneki's centipede mask? Anyway seems like Kaise lives with his mom that is also a ghoul and a brother/sister.
