PERmant banned plus ip bann?

I got banned and it said dishonor and discharge on my account

but i should still be able to get to the login page to combat arms did they ip block me as well?

I dont think they can IP ban.

Try a reinstall and see if that helps. If not, try changing your IP address, there are plenty of guides around here to do that. Just use the search bar at the top of the page.
