Password recovery service? Coded in VB.net

Wondering if this is a good idea? Give me opinions on what you think.
Basically it recovers any passwords you saved via Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox and sends them to your email.
Comes in handy if you simply forgot a password or want to know all the websites you have an account on.

If could actually collect the credentials from those browsers, go ahead.

I would have it approved and show staff first.

Sounds like a good idea but you've got to make sure people don't abuse it.
