Starmade Cooldowns

So i was playing some starmade today, traveling 600km and i decided i would try to use speedhack. so i did.

Now, the speedhack didn't really affect the ship speed that much, but it wasn't until i tried charging my warp drive that made this worthwhile.
Cooldowns(Rockets,Warp drives,Etc) are not server-sided. In other words, you can fire a hulk rocket 50 times in 5 seconds and the server wouldn't do shit about it. Right now i'm just speeding up the game to do it, but obviously that's not very practial for most situations so i'll be creating a little hack for it sooner or later.
