Hacks don't work for me..

I downloaded Hack.rar, and used PerX correctly. It injects D3D9, MPGH2, and Hack.dll successfully, but when I get to the Combat Arms login screen, it doesn't open up the menu for the hacks when I click insert. I tried logging in and then pressing insert, but that didn't work either. Help?

I have never heard of that .dll
