tips on b hopping?

been trying to b hop since day 1 but it hasn't worked great
used to play a game called cf and b hopping there was much easier

any tips?

Are you talking about doing it with hacks or legit?

Bhop on CS:GO is barely possible.
Since 1.6, you could bhop to get more and more speed, but on GO, when you hit the ground, wherever is legit or no, your speed is reduced to the normal one.

You're kinda right. The velocity cap is 350 however if you can manage to gain the skill to consistently hit a bhop you can go faster than running speed, it's possible just not as useful as it was in 1.6 or Source.

Bhopping legit is all practice. Use your mousewheel but besides that there are no tips. All it is, is practice.

Bhopping is easy with a script it's very easy but if you train the scroll jumping you will get some good combos. I prefer scroll jumping.

Its funny that no one mentioned strafing yet.

Its not like that scrolling up and down or holding space gets you bhopping
If you don't know how to strafe don't bother trying to bhop.

I think OP knows that bhopping has to be done with strafing or it's just jumping forward. (W key is not held while bhopping)
